So good you will instantly want to make more! This yummy mix will keep you full, satiated and bouncing with energy until lunchtime. 

Packed with essential nutrients like  fatty acids & protein, minerals such as magnesium, vitamin B's, vitamin E, copper, selenium, phosphorus, omega 3, zinc, iron... the list goes on!

Make a big batch and store in a sealed container for a super quick go-to for morning breakfast

Top  with fresh fruit for added sweetness and extra vitamin C. Enjoy!




Rolled oats

Pumpkin seeds

chia seeds



Raw shells sunflower seeds



So this one is going to be down to your personal preference a little.

For more sweetness add extra raisons. For extra crunch add a larger portion of sunflower and pumpkin seeds to the mix!

For one serving I started with .5-1C oats and added the rest of the ingredients to my taste. 



Add all ingredients to a food bowl.

Stir well so they are all mixed together. 

Add your favourite plant base milk and

Top with blueberries, banana, raspberries or mango for that extra yummy sweet twist.
