Raw shells sunflower seeds
So this one is going to be down to your personal preference a little.
For more sweetness add extra raisons. For extra crunch add a larger portion of sunflower and pumpkin seeds to the mix!
For one serving I started with .5-1C oats and added the rest of the ingredients to my taste.
