Garlic - Highly nutritious, eaten on a daily basis (in food or raw) helps to lower cholesterol levels because of the anti-oxidant properties of Allicin
1 can butter beans
Hug handful spinach
1 red onion
1 tbsp turmeric
Sprinkle of garlic
Sprinkle of pepper
A few splashes of balsamic vinegar
A little splash of water
Add all your ingredients to a saucepan
Turn the heat up, pump up the volume and sizzley steamy stir fry the mix until everything toasty and cooked.
Serve up over rice, quinoa or cous cous.
