Tahini Caramel Fudge... Vegan!

This yummy vegan fudge is the llamas pyjamas!

I served it at a recent dinner party and it was the favourite desert... even over chocolate chip cookies! ...I know right!? So it must be good if not only myself but 10 other people adored it AND asked for the recipe to make it themselves.

 

So here it is... 

A 5 minute simple fudge recipe thats healthier but doesn't sacrifice yumminess.

Prep Time : : 5min

Setting Time : : 30min

 

Ingredients

1 Cup Gooey Medjool Dates

0.5 Cup Tahini

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

5 Tsp Cinnamon

 

 

Method

 

  • Pop all the ingredients in the smoothie maker and blend this yummy combo together until smooth and creamy consistency! 

 

  • Pour or spoon the mixture into a container (a silicone ice cube tray would be ideal)

 

  • Pop your batch of fudgies in the fridge to set and try to save some for your friends and family to enjoy too.. 

 

 

 

 

If you have any left over, store them in the fridge for on the go ready to eat snacks.

 

Tip: Chop the dates up before blending them, my blender had a hella time blending this gooey mix!
